Verbal SMS Consent Script
Used by the Superior Property Experts acquisitions team on phone calls · Effective August 21, 2026
When a property owner speaking with our team wishes to receive information by text message, our team member reads the following script before any messages are sent:
"Would you like to receive text messages from Superior Property Experts about your property offer? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance."
If the owner agrees, the team member records the consent in our customer management system with the owner's phone number, the date and time, and the team member's name. Owners may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
